Hello, my name  is Carol Ijames. My work expriences are many. To start,I worked for Pizza Hut through out high school, I worked as the Service Manger. Some of my duties included; managing the wait staff, opening and closing, and  handling coustomer complaints. I also worked for Crown Wood, there I ran and operated a tenner machine.  Seting up this machine to cut parts to RCA Entertainment Centers was my job. I aslo have an Assosiates in Early childhood, where my position was lead teacher in the  three year old class. I worked as a BMT( Behavior Managment Technician). My duties included working with teenage girls with behavioral problem. I counseled and  showed them alternative ways to respond to problems that were causing there behavior issues. I work at StaffMasters, where quilified aplicants came to me to find them a job. I drug tested, ran background checks,basic office duties and went out to propected job sites to try and obtain there buisness for the company I worked for. I obtained expreince in sales rep by doing this. I am currently a student at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, working on a degree in Business Administration.

I am a hard working, dependable,dedicated,accurate,and intergetic. I always stive to better my job and myself.
